BBQ season is upon us... My favorite! Here are some BBQ dishes I can't get enough of...


1. Bobby Flay's Grilled Chicken Salad with Apricot Glaze, Homemade Mustard Vinaigrette, and Grape Salad

2. Dad's famous BBQ ribs, corn on the cob and pineapple, mmmm.. a contest winner!

3. Dad's rolled beef tenderloin stuffed with herbed goat cheese, roasted red peppers, and fresh spinach... another contest winner :)

4. Napa Valley Basil-Smoked Burger

5. Grilled Turkey Burgers with Cheddar and Smoky Aioli

6. And my all-time favorite... Grilled Chicken and Peaches with Chipotle-Peach Dressing
